As time goes by it is easy to let the memories slip. Always take time to remember the good deeds and share them with others so Rogelio can continue to touch people with his love. Yes you might cry but tears are good. They clear our vision to see what is important. Peace

On behalf of the UTEP Art Department, we can't express how sad we were to hear about Roger's passing. It was such a treat to have Roger as a student - he was so friendly, thoughtful, generous, and hard working. I remember fondly all the great conversations we had about sports and art - he loved them both! We send our most sincere condolences to Roger's family; we know that you will miss him terribly.

As the mother of a Border Patrol agent out of Arizona, my thoughts and prayers are with all Agent Martinez's family and friends. I know the sacrifices that our Border Patrol agents have and the dedication they give to our country. There is no higher measure of a man than one who gives of himself for others. I am heartbroken. May he rest in peace and in the arms of angels.
