Obituary Condolences

Hector Manuel Loera Sr. passed away February 11, 2014. He was 87 years old. He is survived by his five children: Arleen, Aida, Lorraine, Hector Jr., and Annette and their mother Irma F. Loera, 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters: Olga L. Romero and Miriam L. Silva, 6 nieces and 2 nephews. Our dad served in the U.S. Army and fought in three wars: WWII, Korean and Vietnam. He served in Special Forces as a Green Beret and in other military capacities throughout his 26 years of service. He was a lifetime native of El Paso, Texas. God Bless you DAD for all you?ve done. We love you. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 7:30 am on Monday, February 17, 2014 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church 519 S. Latta, El Paso, Texas. Rite of Committal will follow at 9:00 am at Fort Bliss National Cemetery 5200 Fred Wilson, El Paso, Texas. Services under the direction of HILLCREST FUNERAL HOME 1060 Carolina Drive 598-3332
