I only found out this morning, Weds the 3rd, that Dr. Rogers had passed. He was an absolute sweetheart to be around. Although I am not at his "celebration" of life, I am thinking of him, and saying a special prayer for his arrival to God. God bless and keep those who knew and loved him in their time of sadness.

To the Rogers Family:
You have my sympathy on your loss. Vince operated on my knee in the early nineties and it did incredibly well until two years ago, when I reinjured it while running. He was very encouraging when I talked to him at Hamot Sports Medicine and I am sure helped many other people there even after he was no longer operating.

Uncle Vinnie, you touched so many people, your sense of humor and your compassion will live forever in our hearts.I still smile and laugh at the time I jumped in your car at a stop light in Maryland,my dad and sister in the car behind us, trying to find the hotel. We had such a blast. The best thing in the world is family, especially when we all gather and have such great times. I will never forget the way you and pop, walking down the hotel hallway cracking jokes and making the world seem smaller somehow. Love You and Love to all the family.
