Jean (Leblanc) Morock Obituary
Jean (Leblanc) Morock
of Ashby, MA

ASHBY - Jean (Leblanc) Morock, of Ashby, MA passed early Sunday morning at Leominster Hospital following a brief illness. She was surrounded by her husband and children, lovingly by her side.

Jean was the daughter of the late J. Robert and Beverly (Barrett) Leblanc of Fitchburg.

She was born and raised in Fitchburg and attended FHS where she was a cheerleader, basketball player, skilled skier, sewer as well admired student and friend.

She went on to Framingham State College, then began her longtime career working for Verizon, formerly The New England Telephone Company.

Jean's true calling was nutrition and home economics which she continued to practice throughout her life.

Above all, Jean was a mother, wife and grandmother. Her life was centered around her family, providing a stable and comfortable home for them to gather, always.

Jean was an extraordinary cook and homemaker and enjoyed cooking shows/books and coming up with new recipes. She also enjoyed gardening, her dogs and gathering with family around their pool.

Her strength and wishes in her final days were a testament to the true character Jean embodied throughout her life.

She leaves her adoring husband of 38 years, Michael Louis Morock, her three children, Carla Ann Curtis of Ashby MA, William Austin Curtis of Ashburnham, MA, and Martin M.
