Like Bob Herring, John and I were McClenaghan classmates. John and I also were in Cub Scouts together and I remember fondly several visits I made to the Jeffers homestead out past TV 13. My warmest regards to John's wife and children, his brother Hugh and all the Jeffers clan.

I was so sorry to learn today of John's death. I was in high school with him at McClenaghan, '66, and he was one of my favorite people. We were band members under Alan Perry and had a lot of fun driving him to distraction. I lost track of John after a while, but I have great memories of him from high school. My very best to all of you in John's family.
