Alan Warner Headley passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. He was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on May 31, 1948 to his parents Albert and Helen Delores Headley, who proceeded him in death. He retired from the United States Air Force in 1997 after serving his country on Active duty and with the Kansas and Colorado Air National Guard units. He is survived by his wife Virginia Headley, son Joseph Egry, daughters Ann Egry, Jean Headley, Jill Hammack-Simmons, Paula Bailey, and Grand-children Maddie and Nick Simmons, and Juliane Delores Duvivier. Alan loved to fish and spending time on his boat. He learned to fly the airplanes that he worked on as a certified and licensed Airframe and Power plant mechanic. As a crew chief with the Colorado Air Guard, he was recognized for keeping his aircraft among the top aircraft in number of sorties and hours flown. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation on his behalf to the to recognize and honor Alan. Services are to be determined.
