Michele Lynette Woodruff

- - Beloved precious daughter and sister Michele Lynette Woodruff born September 27, 1972 went to be with Jesus May 30, 2018. Michele attended the New Life Church, Titusville, Florida.

Michele was born in Smithboro, New York. Graduated Tioga Center High School. Michele then earned her MBA at Plymouth State College of the University System of New Hampshire.

Michele began her career in the fashion industry with Bealls Department Stores, Tampa, Florida. Quickly, there after joining the family business, Geo Systems, as Vice President. Michele was instrumental in terms of her innovation, rapport with the clientele and handling finances. She designed and patent lighted dog collars and dog leashes.

Michele struggled and fought a long and hard battle with depression most of her life. There were hours spent in research and trying with God, courage and everything out there in a hope of becoming healthy. It was challenging but she fought and loved working the family business with a passion. The job helped the darkness that often over came her.

Michele had another passion which was her love of all animals. She not only cared for her own pets but all the strays that came her way. She carried little plastic bags of food for strays as well as hygiene products for the homeless.

She and a friend were out shopping and while Michele was in the store the stranger came up to her friend and said, "I know that girl, she gave me $20.00 when I was down and out. She took time to share with me and it turned my life around, I will never forget her."

She had the unique ability to bring laughter and joy to those around her. The co-workers respected Michele not only admiring her skills but she treated each of them with a sense of importance and added joy to the work place.

Depression took hold of her mind and body and she felt she had reached out to all doctors in the field -medical, holistic even trying clinical trials. She followed every path that she felt would give her a quality of life. Her family's prayer is that for those who suffer with depression that the brilliant minds of this country will find a cure.
