PETER M. KOWAL III

PETER M. KOWAL III, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 13, 2016. Born Aug. 2, 1980, Pete was the beloved son of Suzanne Kowal of Fairhaven, Mass. and the late Peter M. Kowal II. He is loved and sorely missed by his sisters, Tanya Sjahfiedin and Natashia Phelan, both of Massachusetts; and brother, John Kowal of Fort Wayne. To name all those impacted by his passing would require more space than this forum allows, but in Pete's world, if he associated with you, you were family. Pete was an ephemeral soul, making friends and moving about wherever his spirit took him. He lived and worked throughout the U.S., residing in Virginia, Massachusetts, Texas, and California before returning to Indiana. Pete took pleasure in art of nearly every form, from sketching to writing, cooking, hatting, and tattooing, with each reflective of his unique style. But above all, world-building was his favorite past-time, an activity that gave full-flight to his imagination, and allowed his closest friends and family to take part.
