ALICE FAYE TAILFEATHERS, 79, of Fort Wayne, died on Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2018, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Born Oct. 26, 1938, in Minneapolis, Alice was the daughter of the late Earl and Frances Richardson. She was a member of Little Flower Parish in Browning Montana and worked as a Registered Nurse at the Blackfeet Community Hospital in Browning. She returned to Fort Wayne in 2016 to be closer to her family. Alice is survived by her daughters, Cheryl (Randy) Bair of New Haven, Ind., Carla (George) Robinson of Noblesville, Ind., Kristen (Darren) Handshoe of Grabill, Ind., and Katherine Faye (Nathan) Tupper of Indianapolis, Ind.; and sons, Joseph (Monique) Ridderheim and David Ridderheim, both of Fort Wayne. She was blessed with a legacy of grandchildren, great- grandchildren and extended Tailfeather's family in Montana. Alice was also preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Tailfeathers; son, John David Ridderheim; and brother, Tom Richardson. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 10, 2018, at Saint Anne Home & Retirement Community Oratory of Saints Joachim and Anne, 1900 Randallia Drive. with calling one hour prior.
