DICK ALTON HALL, 69 passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021, at his home in Fort Wayne, Ind. Born Sept. 25, 1951 in Knoxville, Tenn., he was a son of the late Alton Floyd and Ruby Hall. Dick was a Conductor with Norfolk and Southern Railroad for over 30 years. He was a sports enthusiast and enjoyed Alabama football, IU basketball and playing cards. Dick is survived by his wife, Linda Hall of Fort Wayne, Ind.; daughter, Meredith (Damian) Domingue of Youngsville, La.,; brother, Larry (Sharon) Tallent of Fort Wayne, Ind.; sister, Jeannie (Jack) Blackman of Alabama; grandchildren, Kimberly (Nate) Oxley and Savannah Weekly, both of Fort Wayne Ind. Dick was also preceded in death by his daughter, Stacey Weekly; grandson, Troy Tripp; and a sister, Peggy Croy. Funeral Service is 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, Ind., with visitation two hours prior at the funeral home. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery. Linda, I was so sorry to read of my just-about/life long friend's passing. We had so much fun back in the day. Now Dick's dancing with the angels. You take care of yourself and God bless you. He will be missed but he will always be in our memories.
