Dear Jan and Family,

While I don't believe we have met, we feel like we know you and felt we knew John. I am Coeleen's aunt and she has been very good about keeping us up-to-date on John's illness. We have prayed much for your family and will continue to do so. I lost a husband to cancer when I was 39, so do understand the loneliness and pain that goes along with it. Trust and keep family and friends close to you. Eventually things do get better, I promise you. You were a great wife, from what I hear and stood by him even when you knew what the outcome was going to be. God loves you. Embrace that love now.
