OSCAR J. SCHUELER, 92, of Apache Junction, Ariz., formerly of Ossian, died Thursday, April 15, 2004, at Apache Junction Health Care. Born Sept. 21, 1911, in Adams County, he was a retired farmer, contractor and member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife, Joyce Schueler of Apache Junction, Ariz.; daughters, Gloria (Ralph) Paetz of Fort Wayne, Diana (Arnold) Thackray of Wayne, Pa., Eleanor Rigsby of Cromwell; brother, Arnold Schueler of Ossian; sister, Erna Scheiman of Decatur; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy Schueler, who died December, 1952, and a daughter, Margaret L. Schueler. Service is 2 p.m. Friday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 7545 N. 650 E.
