RAY L. YODER, 83, formerly of Grabill, Ind., died Monday, Feb. 15, 2021, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. Born in Davis County, Ind., on Feb. 14, 1938, he was a son of the late Rev. Ralph and Barbara Ellen "Ella" (Knepp) Yoder. He married Eleanor Bauman on Aug. 26, 1956 in Leo, Ind. Ray was a farmer and cabinet maker with Harlan Cabinets, a member of North Leo Mennonite Church where he taught Sunday School for over 40 years. Surviving are his wife, Eleanor Yoder of Harlan, Ind.; sons, Tim (Kathleen) Yoder of Harlan, Ind., and Mark (Marcy) Yoder of Ft. Collins, Colo.; five grandchildren; 10 great- grandchildren; siblings, Orpha (Ray) Eicher of Hicksville, Ohio, Joyce (Jesse) Miller of Fort Wayne, Sharon (Eldon) Delagrange of Spencerville, Ind., Lester (Renee) Yoder of Oklahoma City, Okla., Bob (Naomi) Yoder of Hicksville, Ohio, and Larry (Chris) Yoder of Hicksville, Ohio; and brother-in-law, Gary Johnson of Woodburn, Ind. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Zach Elliott Newcomer; and siblings, Ralph (Louetta) Yoder Jr., Barb Johnson, and Carolyn Yoder. Public viewing is from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021, at North Leo Mennonite Church, 15419 SR 1 Leo, Ind.
