WILLIAM "BILL" E. CANTRELL, 71, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018, at Coving ton Manor in Fort Wayne. Born May 31, 1947, in Long Island, N.Y., he was a son of the late Lee and Dolores (Frazier) Cantrell. Bill attended North Side High School in Fort Wayne. He served his country honorably with the United States Navy and Marine Reserves. Bill worked at Value City Furniture in sales for 10 years. He enjoyed golfing, pool, and socializing with friends, family, and loved ones. Survivors include son, Michael L. Cantrell and his children, Steven M. and Sydney A. Cantrell of St. Petersburg, Fla.; son, Steven J. Cantrell and his children, Gillian A. and Timothy M. Cantrell of Inverness, Fla.; sister, Linda (Carl) Bower of Fort Wayne; brother, Robert (Carol) Cantrell of Roanoke; nieces, Tara (Steven) Humphrey of Bryan, Ohio, Brenda Cantrell of Roanoke, Leslie (Lucas) Augustyniak of Monroeville; great nephew and great niece, Jacob and Lucy Augustyniak of Monroeville.
