YOU WILL BE MISSED MORE THAN YOU KNOW. YOU ARE SO MUCH A PART OF WAYNEDALE. I'VE ALWAYS HAD THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR YOU AND YOUR BROTHER BECAUSE YOU SHOWED RESPECT TO ME WHEN I CAME TO YOUR STORE LOOKING FOR ANSWERS TO SILLY "WOMEN" QUESTIONS. YOU HAD A WAY OF SCARING ME AND MAKING ME LAUGH AT THE SAME TIME. LOL I JUST LEARNED OF YOUR PASSING RECENTLY OR I WOULD HAVE BEEN AT YOUR SHOWING. UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN. SANDY THOMAS AND FAMILY

You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Homer and Helen, what a pair. Helen and I used to sit in choir practice and laugh and giggle over some silly thing.
Homer always had something ridiculous or funny to say. They will both be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with
all of you. Homer and Helen, what a pair. Both had their own funny sense of humor. Helen and I used to sit in choir and giggle about all kinds of stuff. Homer always seemed to have something funny or ridiculous to say. They will be missed.

I worked with Homer a lot on bridge drains, we were driving around and I told him my grandfather started a meat market here in Waynedale back in the 30’s and my dad told me stories of him having a bull there getting ready to slaughter and somehow it got out of the pin and was running a muck though the town. Homer said he saw the bull and went to help my grandfather. He rattled off the gun they used and the field where they dropped him. We were great buds ever since.

Homer and John came out to our house thirty some years ago and helped me out of a plumbing jam. In the years after, I knew I could always get good advice and a good story too from Homer. I kidded him once about often having a contrary solution to what I had in mind, and he just grinned like I had discovered his secret. My condolences to his family. Waynedale lost a good man and a great asset to the community.

Homer and Virgil have always been there for me when I needed help with plumbing issues. Homer made several trips to my home just to make sure I did things "right". He was a good man and he will be missed very much by the Waynedale community, as well as the many of us who's lives he has touched. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers!
