Jonathan Reid Rojewski Obituary
Jonathan Reid Rojewski, 40, of New York City, New York joined our Father in Heaven on Friday, August 9, 2013. He passed away at Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, Colorado after a tragic fall and fatal head injury while in Aspen, Colorado.

Jonathan was the cherished son of Dr. Henry and Mrs. Nancy Rojewski. He was born January 26, 1973 in Washington, D.C. His childhood was spent in Knoxville and Middletown, Maryland. After graduating from Middletown High School, he continued to Loyola College where he played division one soccer. Jonathan completed his education at Towson University and received a Bachelor's degree in Business. After graduating, Jonathan made a journey to New York City where he worked as a research analyst at Goldman Sachs and then at Pequot Capital Manage- ment. In 2006, after several years of working on Wall Street, Jonathan took an adventurous and courageous step out and placed all his heart, soul, and passion into starting a tequila company. He was the co-founder and CEO of Tanteo Spirits, LLC which was launched January of 2009.

Jonathan was surrounded by a loving, faithful and close knit family. In addition to his parents, he left behind on Earth his brother, Nicholas Rojewski; two sisters Rebecca (Rojewski) Smith and Amy (Rojewski) Hasson and two brother-in- laws Matthew Smith and Joshua Hasson. He was the beloved uncle of Luke and Amelia Smith and Harper Hasson, who they affectionately called "UJ".

In just 40 years of his life, Jonathan accomplished and experienced so many things. He was an adventurous, hardworking man who was full of energy and light. Jonathan had a love and passion for skiing, cooking, surfing, classic cars, music, traveling, and life in general. He has left dear friends and family in places all over the United States and the world. Jonathan was a brilliant, innovative man who dreamed big and took risks. He had an abundant love for his family, friends, and life. His warm contagious smile and "spice" for life will be for- ever engrained in our hearts. Jonathan will be sadly and deeply missed here on Earth, but we know he is enjoying paradise with God, our Father.

A memorial service will be held to celebrate Jonathan's life and memory on August 24, 2013 at 11 a.m. at All Saint's Episcopal Church, 106 W. Church St. Frederick, MD 21755.

In lieu of flowers his family would appreciate donations to: The Jonathan Reid Rojewski Memorial Fund, PNC Bank, 2 S. Pennsylvania Ave., Bethany Beach, DE 19930.
