On Sunday, September 17, 2017, of Alexandria, VA. Beloved wife for 17 years of Antonio Santiago; daughter of Marion and John Kelly; sister of Michael E. Kelly (Krista); daughter-in-law of Ivonne Santiago; sister-in-law of Elliene and Denny (Liza). She is also survived by other loving family and many loving friends. Jenifer cherished being a godmother to many and prayed for them and others often. Relatives and friends may call at St. Andrew Apostle Church, 11600 Kemp Mill Rd., Silver Spring, MD, on Thursday, September 21, from 5 to 9 p.m., where Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, September 22, 2017 at 10:30 a.m.. Interment Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick, MD at 1 p.m.. Antonio, John, Marion, Mike, Krista, Carrington, Lillian and Colin, we are all so very sad about The news that Jen passed. Please except our sincere condolences. Jen was such a wonderful, kind, sweet woman and she fought a courageous battle. She is an inspiration to us all and though we will miss her she will always be with us, in our hearts, our thoughts and prayers.
