Detroit, MI - Edward W. Karpinski, Age 82 of Detroit, Michigan. September 8, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Joann and the late Beverly. Loving companion of Yvette Reghi. Dear father of Edward (Darlene) Karpinski, Teresa Priednieks, Catherine (Dain) Smith, Christine Zwolen, Timothy Karpinski, Thomas Karpinski and the late John (Kimberly) Karpinski. Grandfather of 13 and Great grandfather of 9. Dear brother of Donald Karp, James (Lillian) Karr, Julia (and the late Anthony) Serafin and Richard (Judy) Karpinski.
Edward enjoyed stamp and coin collecting. He was also a lifetime member of the Polish Falcons of America and a longtime member or RSES.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 2:00-8:00pm with funeral services on Thursday, 11:00am at Chas. Verheyden Inc. 28499 Schoenherr, Warren, Michigan. Please light a candle and share a memory at www.verheyden.org.
