Lorraine Haas Obituary
LORRAINE EMMA Age 88 and a resident of Hartland, died in an automobile accident on Saturday, February 18, 2017, along with her daughter, Kimberly Trasciatti and son, Kevin Haas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rourke in 2015, son, Kerry and brother, Maurice. She is survived by her sons, Marc (Susann) Haas, Richard (Madhu) Haas, Randy Haas, Sean (Alex) Haas, Kelly (Michelle) Haas; daughter-in-law, Lisa Haas; son-in-law, Alan Trasciatti; grandchildren, Matthew, Melissa, Jamie, David, Rory, Heidi, Nic, Tyler, Joe, Sena, Joshua; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Lucille (the late Dick) Renhack, and many extended family members and dear friends. Visitation will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 600 E. Main St., Brighton on Friday, February 24, 2017 from 1-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Our Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church, 13667 Highland Rd, Hartland on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 1 p.m., with gathering beginning at 12:30 p.m. The Rev. Christopher I. Thoma to officiate. A luncheon in memory of Lorraine and Kim will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to Our Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church. Mrs. Haas was my best friend's Mom and a second Mom to me growing up...a wonderful spirit and beautiful soul...She is with Jesus now delighting in a beautiful reunion with her forever young son Kerry and her husband Rourke...and like always, laughing smiling and praying over all her kids, grandkids and great grandkids...rest in peace, Mrs. H

She was our Sweet Lorraine!! Loved her from the minute we met. She embodied love and friendship. Love emanated from her and her family was her circle. She lives on in her smile and good memories!!
