Gracie E. Salcido, age 64, went home to be with the lord on May 30, 2018, after battling liver and kidney disease for the past three years. Gracie was born in Bowling Green, OH, on July 13, 1953. She moved to California with her family as a young girl and resided in Clovis, CA. She met the love of her life, Pete, while attending Fresno City College. Gracie and Pete married and they both had six children together. She spent her time raising and taking care of her children. She was very active in her children's lives. Gracie will always be remembered for her endless love of her family. She was a devoted wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, and soul. Gracie is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Pete Salcido; her beautiful children, sons, Mariano, Pete and his wife Noelle, Mario, Daniel and his wife Christina, Christopher and wife Kharehna, and her only daughter, Cristel Salcido; grandchildren, Nathan, Grace, Tristan, Lily, Madison, Kayla, Kannon, Alexia, Xavier, Daniel Jr., Miranda, and Christopher Salcido, Jr.; her mother, Virginia Garcia; sisters, Diana Arballo and husband Robert, and Blanca Neves and husband Eddie; and brothers, Joe, Ray, and Jaime Moreno and his wife Delia. Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Friday, June 15, 2018, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., followed by a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church on Saturday, June 16, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
