AGNES KLAUDER Obituary
Agnes Klauder, age 62, passed away December 28, 2015 at Haven Hospice of Gainesville after nearly four years of battling cancer. She was born in Hatvan, Hungary to JÃ nos and Anna NÃ dasdi on January 31, 1953, and moved to the United States in 1980.
She loved opera and classical music and received her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Voice Performance at the University of Florida. She performed with regional opera companies in the United States and held various recitals around the world. Agnes also served as a radio announcer for fourteen years at WUFT - Classic 89, where she was well known for the Friday afternoon Giveaway and Request Program.
Agnes was a loving wife, mother, and friend. She is survived by her husband, John R. Klauder, and her daughter, Jennifer Klauder, as well as her brother, JÃ nos NÃ dasdi, who resides in Hungary.
A memorial service will be held at the Baughman Center in Gainesville on Sunday, January 17, 2016 at 3:30pm. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations be made to the American Cancer Society in her name.

Agnes, you have been in my thoughts often, but I hesitated to call knowing you were not well. I wish I had called to let you know you were in my thoughts. We met, You and I and our husbands under unusual circumstances, joining forces to help another couple. We were bound thereafter as friends who kept in touch over the years. We will miss you so much.

Oh I am so sorry for you loss - Agnes was always kind and loving to me, as she was to everyone. She will be missed, but remembered fondly. Unfortunately, we will not be able to attend her memorial, but we will be thinking of you.
