Andrea Mundorff
Starke - Andrea "Cookie" Katherine Mundorff age 79 of Starke passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at North Florida Regional Hospital in Gainesville. Ms. Cookie Mundorff was born on August 14, 1941 to the late John Baptist and Faith (Clinton) Gerard in Edwardsville, Illinois. She was an umpire for local recreation baseball and softball leagues, active with the Florida Youth Challenge, Kiwanis Club of Starke, and she was a Cub Scouts Den Mother. Cookie was also an avid St. Louis Cardinals fans.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, John B. Gerard and Andre Gerard; and one sister, Georgia Lee Horan. Survivors include, her children, Terry (Elizabeth) Mundorff of Melrose, Pat (Brenda) Mundorff of Starke, and Luana Mundorff of Starke; sibling, Jules Gerard of Missouri; grandchildren, Dean, Christopher, Brittany, Travis, Tyler, Jessica, Justin, Janet, Kathie, T.J., and Alex; and 14 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at the Governor Charley E. Johns Conference Center in Starke. A visitation will precede the services beginning at 10:00 a.m. Chub Johnson will be officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Starke Kiwanis Club in care of the Kids Corner:
