Clarence Edwards
Gainesville - Age 72, Husband of the late Johnie Mae King Edwards, Retired Wood Finisher, US Army Veteran & 1965 Graduate of Lincoln High School, surrendered to the Will of God on January 8, 2021 at the VA Medical Center (of Gainesville).
As a child, Mr. Edwards was a Member of Saint Joseph Missionary Baptist Church.
Graveside Services (with Military Honors) will be held 2:30PM Saturday, January 16, 2021, at Saint Joseph Cemetery (Archer, FL) with Pastor Steve Miller delivering the Eulogy. Mr. Edwards will be viewed at the Funeral Home on Friday 2:00-7:00PM – And on Saturday at the Cemetery following the Eulogy. The Procession will form at the residence of his Daughter & Son-In-Law, Chylanda (& Benny) James Jr., 10521 NE 110th Avenue, Archer, FL at 1:45PM.
Endearing Memories will remain with his Daughters – Katrina Taylor of Gainesville, FL, Chylanda James (& Benny, Jr.) of Archer, FL, Mary Edwards of Auburndale, FL and Carla Eugene (& Raul) of Archer, FL; 14 Grandchildren; 18 Great Grandchildren; (Brothers - Emmett Edwards and Thomas Edwards – Deceased); In-Laws, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins & Friends.
