Obituary Condolences

Eva F. Reisinger went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 9th, 2018. She will be fondly remembered by all her family and friends for always putting others before herself, having a positive outlook and a strong faith in the Lord. She was born on September 30, 1928, in Kingston, New York, and grew up in Miami, Florida where she graduated from Miami Edison Senior High School. She moved to Gainesville, FL, in 1951 with Richard, the love of her life, where they raised their family. While raising her family, Eva worked for Crevasse's Florist, and she opened and managed the Crevasse's Westside location. When they moved to Jacksonville, FL, in 1972, she worked at Kuhn's Florist. She was happily married for almost 60 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard, daughter Melonie and grandson Sean. She is survived by three children Richard Reisinger, Jr. (Leslie), Janis Reisinger Waters (Trevor), and Suzie Reisinger Guerry (Rick); 'Grammie' to seven grandchildren Amy Reisinger Turci, Crystal Grace Leigh Waters, Haven Trevor Waters, Branden Trusler Waters, Bergen Noel Guerry Warner, Faith Nicole Guerry Doles, Blair Grace Guerry and seven great-grandchildren. Eva's Celebration of Life will be officiated by the Reverend Alex Farmer of Servants of Christ Anglican Church on Saturday February 17th, 4:00PM at 3536 NW 8th Avenue Gainesville, FL.
