Geraldine Violet Davis Dennis
Age 70, Daughter of the late Allen Boston & Essie Mae Williams, Wife of the late Cecil Dennis, Sr. & Retired Medical Transcriber with Shands Hospital, surrendered to the Will of God on Monday, March 29, 2021, while at Select Specialty Hospital (of Gainesville).
Mrs. Dennis was a 1969 Graduate of Lincoln High School who later attended Santa Fe Community College and was a Member of Second Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church.
The Homegoing Celebration will be held 10:30AM Saturday, April 10, 2021, at Rutledge Community Cemetery (Gainesville, FL) with Reverend Tony Hall delivering the Eulogy. Mrs. Dennis will only be viewed at the Funeral Home on Friday 2:00-7:00PM.
Those left to cherish her memory are her Sons – Cecil Dennis, Jr. (& Zenate) and Stacy Dennis (& Desha); (Daughter – Cheryl Dennis preceded her in death); Mother – Essie Mae Williams; Brothers – Barry Williams (& Robin), Tommy Brown (& Julie) and Jessie Williams (Clarence Williams, Curtis Williams and Clinton Boston – Deceased); Sisters – Barbara Dukes, Jane Brockington and Beverly Wynn; 7 Grandchildren; 1 Great Granddaughter; Aunts, Uncles, In-Laws, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins & Friends.
