Janice Price-Zuccarell
Hawthorne - Janice A. Price-Zuccarell passed away on January 6, 2021 at the age of 83. She was born in Los Angeles, California January 19, 1937 to Harold and Ruth Price and later moved to Toledo, Ohio where she spent most of the life. She married John J. Zuccarell in 1958 and together they raised 6 children.
They spent many family vacations and camping trips in Florida over the years and later decided to spend their retirement in Hathorne, where they became rooted in the community for 25 years. They were active members of St. Phillip-Neri Catholic Church and volunteered their time teaching youth C.C.D. classes. After 49 years of marriage, John passed away in 2007.
Janice will be sadly missed by her daughters Pauline R. Zuccarell (Lenore) of Hawthorne, Susan F. Alexander (Richard) of Gainesville and Janice A. Boyer of Holland, Ohio and by her sons Williams T. Zuccarell (Susan) of Toledo, Ohio and Daniel J Zuccarell of Ottawa Lake, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her son Benedict A. Zuccarell of Toledo, Ohio and granddaughter, Mistie L. Moody Hawthorne.
Janice was also blessed with 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Services will be held Friday, January 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Williams-Thomas Funeral Home Hawthorne, US Hwy 301 South at Lake Avenue, Hawthorne, FL. Janice will be laid to rest with her husband John at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
