William Knight Obituary

William Charles "Bill" Knight, 69, of Curwensville, passed away Saturday morning December 11, 2021 at his residence.

Born October 16, 1952 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Francis and Lori Ann (Esplen) Knight. He had been employed by the Masonic Homes of Elizabethtown, and had attended the Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church in Clearfield.

On June 20, 1987 he wed the former Janice Stambaugh who survives along with three children: Sarah Tinkerhoof and husband George of Virginia, Andrea Bailor and husband Rick of Curwensville, and Melissa Banks and husband Robert of Harrisburg; a granddaughter Kiera Banks; and two stepchildren: Dennis Flanagan of Washington State and Tammy Flanagan of Lancaster.

There will be no public visitation.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.

I went to Patton school with Bill. He was a great guy, funny, & great to be around.
Our class was small we were all brothers.
I visited him in the hospital in Pittsburgh in 2017, we both had tears .
Our class mourns with you.
