COHEN, Mickey. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and friends on Sunday June 15, 2008. Devoted husband and soulmate of Marianne Bernstein. Loving father of Joelle and David. Beloved son of Rhoda and the late David Cohen. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Barbara, Stewart and Saralee. Cherished stepfather of Karly and Natasha. Sadly mourned by his family and many friends. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Jewish General Hospital for their extraordinary care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons 3888 Jean Talon W. on Wednesday June 18 at 12 noon. Burial at the Chevra Kadisha B'nai Jacob Congregation Section, Back River Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Berri St. Shiva private. Contributions in his memory may be made to the "Mickey Cohen Memorial Fund" c/o the Canadian Orthopaedic Foundation, (800) 461-3639.
