SANANES, Joseph. On Friday, January 2, 2009. Beloved and cherished husband of Viviane for forty-eight years. Loving father and father-in-law of Julie and Ian Katz, Renee and Robert Spiegel, Solomon and Elana. Adored Nono of Benjamin Katz; Allison, Jamie, and Michael Spiegel; Jeremy and Matthew Sananes. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Suzy and the late Albert Pariente, Mireille and Tony Wright, Ines and the late Isaac Sananes. Joe was an exceptionally kind and selfless person who will be sadly missed by his brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, family and all who knew him. The family would like to thank the staff of the Jewish General Hospital 7 West and Intensive Care Unit for their exceptional care and compassion.
