LETOVSKY, Jack On Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Beloved husband for fifty-three years of Dorothy. Loving father and father-in-law of Clifford, Gary and Elyssa. Cherished grandfather of Brandon. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Nathan and Leah, and predeceased by Sarah and Sam Walsh, Katie and Phil Shtull, Eva and Abie Morris, Fanny and Ruby Bitensky, Bessie, and Eddy. Brother-in-law of Annette and the late Irving Helfman, the late Gladys and the late Norman Severs. He will be missed by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to his wonderful caregiver, Lani, and exceptional nurses, Jason and Eddie. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, February 26, at 12 noon. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his home. In lieu of gifts or flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the "Jack Letovsky Memorial Fund", c/o the Jewish General Hospital Foundation, (514)340-8251.

Dear Dorothy
My deepest condolences on the loss of your Jack. I have such fond memories of both of you at Royal Trust so many, many years ago when I joined as a new agent with my partner Beulah. I shall never forget Jack's kind advice, his funny jokes and his adoration for you. May you find peace in these trying times.
