SHEPPARD, Lillian (nee Verbitsky) Peacefully in Toronto, on the evening of Sunday, March 1, 2009. Adored wife of the late Joseph Sheppard. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Judy Sheppard and Lenny Beldick, step-mother and mother-in-law of Claude and Claudine Sheppard, Adrian and Sylvia Sheppard. Cherished grandmother of Sarah Beldick and Joseph Beldick. Dear sister of the late Gert Harris, the late Irving Verbitsky, the late Francis Rawet, and the late Shelia Taras. Lily will be remembered with love by her many nephews and nieces and friends. The family would like to thank Lily's caregivers, Josie, Helga, Rebecca and Ronalynn for their love and support. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, March 4 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Kehal Yeshurin Section, de la Savane.
