RUBENSTEIN, Vera (nee Kirshner-Kerstein) Suddenly, on Monday, May 18, 2009. Wife of the late Maurice. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Jason and Judi (Naor), Bonnie, Heather and Sam (Shuldiner). Cherished grandma of Mark, Jennifer, Tally, and Daniel. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Saul and Sandi Kirshner, Betty and the late Leo Lavut, Helen and the late Matthew Miller, and predeceased by Frank, Goldie, Max, Louis, and Bernard Rubenstein. She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the staff of Maimonides Geriatric Centre for their compassionate care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, May 19, at 3 p.m. Burial at Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Kehal Jeshurun Section, de la Savane.
