Lina Rawas

RAWAS, Lina (nee Mifano) In her ninetieth year, on Thursday, May 21, 2009. Wife of the late Victor. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Vivianne, Charles and Liz, Simone and Ed Rotstein of Hamilton, Ont., Henry and Lisa of Seattle. Cherished "Nona" of Mark Rawas and Annie Tremblay; Andrea Rawas and Mike Reynolds; Alysa, Joshua and Benjamin Rotstein; David and Tristan Rawas. Loving great-grandmother of Jordan Rawas. Sadly, Lina was predeceased only hours earlier by her loving sister, Jacqueline Memran of Paris. Sister of the late Jennie Ades, the late Robert Mifano. She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Special thanks to her caregivers, Irene and Sofia, and to the staff of 5 South at Maimonides Geriatric Centre for their care and devotion.
