OLISHANSKY, Ida (nee Klar) Surrounded by her loving family, on Yom Kippur, Monday, September 28, 2009. Beloved wife of the late Harry. Devoted and loved mother of Shirley, and Lewis (Rosanne). Adoring and cherished Bubbie of Melanie and Luc, Cory, and Sari. Predeceased by her dear siblings, Gus and Ben Klar. Special sister-in-law of Helen Moscovitch (David) and the late Irma. She will be dearly missed by her nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff who helped make Ida's last days as comfortable as possible. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, September 30 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, Beth Yehuda Section, de la Savane. Shiva at her home. Due to the festival of Succot, Shiva ends Friday afternoon, October 2. Donations in her memory may be made to the "Harry and Ida Olishansky Memorial Fund" c/o Shomrim Laboker Congregation, (514) 731-6831, or to the Israel Cancer Research Fund, (514)481-2723. She was a special lady who was loved and will be remembered by all.
