Dear Lynnie and Saralee,
Many condolences on the passing of your father. Even as a young child in Trout Lake I was always impressed by your dad's good nature and I was able to pick up on the respect accorded to him by the other family members. Later on, I was able to better appreciate his accomplishments and his commitment to Judaism and Jewish institutions as well as to his family. After moving to Detroit, I used to look forward to visiting Montreal and meeting your dad at TBDJ on shabbat, or walking over to his home on Midway. We had nice discsussions and he always had a unique observation and sage advice for me. The world lost a good person, but he leaves a great legacy.
May you be comforted amongst the mourners of Zion.

Dear Lynn and Saralee,
My sincere condolences to you and to the family. I have many fond memories of Mickey as an older cousin that I looked up to and admired. He gave me some business advice that I have always remembered. He was a great guy and I always enjoyed talking to him.
