Dear Neil and Donnie,
So sad to read of your mom's passing. My memories of your mother (and father) stretch back to Park Extension in the fifties.
There was never anything but a smile on her face.Such a kind and gentle soul! She was a dear friend to my mother.

Our sincere sympathies to you on the passing of your mother. My husband and I came to know her while my parents, Harry and Shirley Dubin, were residents at the Waldorf. We were touched by her generosity of spirit and her wonderful warm and hamish manner. We visited her after my parents were no longer living there and last saw her in December. She was a truly beautiful human being.

So sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was always there on Birnam St. with a welcoming smile as we all ran up and down the street playing.

Dear Neil and Donny,
Sincerest condolences on the passing of your mother. She was a special lady way back in Park Ex, and forever afterward. She and my mother, who passed away last year, kept in touch. In this way, your Mom and I were able to exchange regards even across the ocean. My your memories of her always be at least as fond and pleasant as my own. HaShem yinachem.
