ROSENBLOOM, Claire (nee Katz) Peacefully, in her ninety-first year, on Tuesday, February 15, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Norman. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Stephen and Miriam. Cherished Grandma of Jonas Jitschak and Nava of Jerusalem, Adam and Sera of Austin, Texas, Nancy and Zach of Brooklyn, New York. Proud great-grandmother of Raziela, Naz Menno and Jakob Bodhi. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Max and the late Gloria Katz, Irene and the late Cyril Marantz, Bernice and George Grant, Harvey and Gloria Katz, and sister-in-law of Harvey and Carol Rosenbloom, Shirley and Morris Shain. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, family, friends and all who knew her. The family would like to thank Eileen Katz, Director of B'nai Brith House, for her love and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, February 16 at 12 p.m. Burial at the King Edward Benefit Association Section, Back River Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Berri St. Shiva at 8000 Cote-Saint-Luc Rd., from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday only.
