Shirley MARCOVITZ Obituary
Peacefully at home, on Saturday, March 10, 2012, after a valiant battle, surrounded by her loving family. She will be forever missed by her adoring husband, Henry. Deeply loved by her children, Marcy and Ernie Seidman, Alan and Gail (Adelson), Lorne, and Michael and Ariella (Heskin). Forever treasured by her grandchildren, Jonathan, Jessica and Loren, Gillian, Danielle, Jaclyn, Adam, Ava and Dylan. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Ruth and the late Ben Epstein, Ellie and the late Ralph Charad, Pat and the late Issie Charad and the late Bill Charad. Sister-in-law of Jason Marcovitz. Always remembered by her loving nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. Shirl was an incredible role model who gave from her heart to all those she loved. Special thanks to Agnes, Merilita and Vicky for their unparalleled care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, March 12 at 12:00 noon. Burial at Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Tifereth Jerusalem Section, de la Savane. Shiva at 5573 Randall Ave., C.S.L., from 2 to 4 and 6:45 to 9 p.m. daily. Contributions in her memory may be made to the "Shirley Marcovitz Memorial Fund" c/o the Jewish General Hospital Foundation, (514) 340-8251.
