Joseph MEROWITZ

MEROWITZ, Joseph Frank. In Florida, on Monday August 19, 2002, following a lengthy illness. Born in Montreal, where he lived most of his life, and most recently of South Florida. Son of the late Abraham and the late Liba Merowitz. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law Philip and Dorothy Merowitz (Mero). Loving father of Debra, Mitchel and Wendy, and father-in-law of Michael Clark. Grandfather of Ilana and Marlie; nephew of Ruth Block; sadly missed by his former wife Shirley Merowitz, numerous nieces, and nephews and his many friends in Montreal and Florida. Funeral Service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Thursday, August 22, at 2 p.m. Burial at the Congregation Chevra Kadisha, B'Nai Jacob Section, Back River Cemetery, Berri.
