Oscar HECHT Obituary
On Monday, July 9, 2012, at the age of eighty- eight. Bravely served his country in WWII. Beloved husband of Ann Litwin. Loving father and father-in-law of Leonard Hecht and Sylvie Gauthier, Julie and Wayne Harmer. Cherished grandfather of Crystal, and Sarah. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Norman and Joyce Hecht, Joe and Libby Hecht, the late Jack Hecht, the late Irving and the late Betty Hecht. Devoted son of the late Marcus and the late Rose Hecht. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to the 4th floor staff of the Ste. Anne's Veterans Hospital for their care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, July 11 at 10:00 a.m. Burial at the Hungarian Hebrew Congregation Section, Back River Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Berri St. Shiva at 6625 Mackle Road, apt 701, C.S.L., on Wednesday and Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Contributions in Oscar's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
