Muriel GORSKY Obituary
Peacefully, in Montreal, on Wednesday, August 28, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Gus. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Mitch and Heather, Ian and Sheryl. Cherished Bubbie of Kevin, Corey, Jessie, Shawna, and Brett. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Millie (Malka) and the late Sid Pollock. Special thanks to Dr. Mark Palayew for his care, kindness and devotion, and to the staff of the Jewish General Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., Montreal, on Friday, August 30 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation, Kehal Yeshurin Section, de la Savane. Shiva at her home, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily, through Tuesday evening, September 3. Donations in Muriel's memory may be made to the Segal Cancer Centre c/o the Jewish General Hospital Foundation, (514) 340-8251.

To the entire Gorski family, of which we feel a part: We join you in mourning the passing of Mrs. Gorski and in celebrating her life. She was a woman who loved to travel, entertain, work and, most of all, be with family, including the friends of her boys/men. Just as our kids view Mitch and Heather as uncle and aunt, for nearly 40 years we viewed Muriel and Gus as family, to share stories and laughs and confidences (Muriel was a great listener). Muriel will live on in the memories of those who knew her and in the accomplishments of her kids and grandkids. We love you Gorski family!
