(nee Lazarovici)
Peacefully, in her ninety-ninth year, on Tuesday, October 29, 2013. Devoted wife of the late Sam. Beloved mother and mother-in- law of Barry and Bonnie Szabo, Hedy and Julius Lis, and Jack Szabo. Proud grandmother of Robert and Jennifer Schwartz, David and Leanne Schwartz, Alisa, Julie and Leslie-Ann Szabo. Nanny of Daniella, Kaylee, Madison, Gabriella and Colby. She will be greatly missed by all. The family wishes to thank the Urology Team and the staff of 4 Main at the Jewish General Hospital. Special thanks to Harriet for her love and support. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, November 1 at 12 noon. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Beth David Section, de la Savane. Shiva at 1605 ave. du Docteur-Penfield #401 from 7 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday and Monday. Donations in her memory may be made to the Hope & Cope Fund c/o the Jewish General Hospital Foundation, (514) 340-8251.
