On Wednesday, November 27, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Sheldon Leiffer. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Lydia Leiffer, Shari and Charles Cohen, and the late Charles Leiffer. Cherished Bubbie of Tamara, Karen, Gabrielle, and Michael Cohen. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Dr. Myron and Ruth Poplove. Daughter of the late Charles and the late Sadie Poplavsky. Predeceased by Leonard's siblings and their spouses, Eddie and Ceci Leiffer, Lottie and Maurice Leckner, Frances and Louis Cooper, and Alfred, Mary and Leonie Leiffer. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, December 1 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Memorial Park Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her home, 6950 ch. de la Côte-Saint-Luc #610, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.

My dear and glorious friend Lydia allow me to extend to you and your family my deepest condolences. The clouds are glorious because of people like you and I am certain that because so celestial light will be shed upon you and yours at this difficult time.
