Samuel DRUKER Obituary
On Tuesday, February 11, 2014, in his one hundredth year. Beloved husband of Rose Lipson for seventy-four years. Loving father and father-in-law of Max and Joya, David and Sarah. Cherished Zaidie of Bonnie Druker and Marlene Cohen, Deborah and Eric Goldszmidt, Jason, and Amanda Druker. Proud great-grandfather of Rachel and Neal. Dear brother of Rosalie, the late Joseph, and the late Sarah. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to his caregivers, Merna, Ceili, Vicky and Candy, for their love, devotion, patience and humour. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, February 14 at 12 noon. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Tifereth Jerusalem Section, de la Savane. Shiva at the Castel Royale: 5740 Cavendish Blvd., C.S.L., from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily. In lieu of gifts or flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the "Sam Druker Memorial Fund" c/o Federation CJA, (514) 345-2600.

He was a very good to me and someone i looked up to when I was young. Thoughtful, very intelligent, and he had the gift of timing- knowing what to say and when t say it. I also came away after talking to him, both feeling comfortable and inspired. Will miss you Uncle Sam.

Sam Druker and his family have been people I recall with huge affection from my oldest childhood memories and onward. May his memory be a blessing. My condolences to all his family. He will be long remembered.

Sincere condolences to the Druker family on the passing of Sam Druker.. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Not only related by family but also, long time neighbours for many years, my dad mad mom liked, admired and respected Sam and counted on him for wise advice. I recall him as being very kind towards me and my brother.
I am saddened by his passing.
I have very fond memories of going with my dad to meet with him. He was a special human being and he will be missed.
