TESSLER, Diane Lillian (nee Caplan)
Peacefully, on Saturday, April 6, 2014, at the age of eighty-seven. Beloved wife of the late Bennie David. Devoted mother and mother- in-law of Cheryl and Michael Ryshpan, Harley and Laraine, Glenda and Alan Wainer. Cherished grandmother of Shoshana and Adam Chaim, Davida Tessler, David Ryshpan, Deborah and Lauren Wainer. Great- grandmother of Russell and Jordyn Chaim. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Frances and the late Bernie Isenberg, Doris and the late Lew Caplan, Leonie and the late Howard Caplan, and predeceased by her other siblings and their spouses, Sarah and Dr. William Baker, Sylvia and Harry Rosen, Myer and Sylvia Caplan. Predeceased by her parents, Harris A. and Rebecca. Diane will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Our sincere thanks are extended to Judy and the staff of Snowdon Residence, who took such wonderful care of our mom. Funeral Service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, April 7 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Chevra Kadisha B'nai Jacob Congregation Section, Back River Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Berri St. Shiva private from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
