SHUGAR, Sarah (nee Leitman). Passed peacefully on, in the early hours of a warm spring morning, on Wednesday, April 12, 2006. Devoted wife of the late Joseph. Beloved mother of Al and the late Terry. Cherished grandmother of Jude and Seth. Proud great grandmother of Ben. Daughter of the late Abraham and the late Ethel. Predeceased by her sisters Mary, Rae, Edith and Celia. Survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Sunday, April 16 at 11:30 a.m. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Kehal Yeshurin Section, de la Savane. Sarah will be sorely missed, she will remain in our hearts forever. Her undying love, fierce loyalty, dignity, selflessness, devotion, great strength and courage in the face of adversity and pure spirit will never be forgotten. May her soul fly with the angels.

Alvin,it has been many years since our paths have crossed but your Mother was always so very very good in keeping in touch with my parents. I know that meant alot to them. I think she was the last of that generation. My deepest sympathy.
