Esther LEVINSON Obituary
Peacefully in her ninety-eighth year, on Tuesday, May 12, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Andrew (Andy) Levinson. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Eric and Carla, Harvey, Sam and fiancée Janie. Cherished grandmother of Neil and Ella, Jennifer, Lisa; and Justin. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Rose Overland, Bertha Lerner, and Harry Levinson, and predeceased by Beatrice Vineberg, Oscar Overland, David Overland, Martin Overland, Sylvia Schoenfeld, Sam Overland, Doreen Heit, Irving Levinson, Jerry Levinson, Carole Goodman, and Faye Constantine. She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, great- nieces, great-nephews, the Reisler family, Mylene Zrihen and family, and by her friends. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Mount Sinai Hospital for their wonderful loving care, as well as her caregivers Claudette, Hermie, Lumen, and Elvie. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W. on Thursday, May 14 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Memorial Park Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 66 Holtham Road, Hampstead. Contributions in her memory may be made to the "Esther Levinson Memorial Fund" c/o the Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation, (514) 369-2222, ext. 1299.

Dear Harvey and Sam,
I just learned of your Mom's passing. I am truly sorry for your loss. Esther was a wonderful woman.
I had the pleasure of knowing and spending time with both of your parents. They shared many stories with me about their very interesting lives. I have very fond memories of them and will always remember them.
