It's been a long time since I had last thought about Mrs. Binder. She was such a nice and amazing woman. I knew her from around 9-11, as my grandparents had a condo across the hall in Montreal. My brother and I used to make noise next to her condo in the tight hallway, throw a ball around, etc. At one point or another, She noticed us outside of her condo at one point Mrs. Binder was such a nice lady; she showed us around her condo, showed us history, and told us stories. Whenever we visited Canada for those couple of years, she would always greet us with open arms and make us feel comfortable and happy. One of the things I remember the most from her was her amazing story about skiing and climbing the mountains in her 20s, and how she said that climbing 4 hours up the mountain was worth the 15-minute ski downhill. I heard about her passing in the spring of 2016, and at just 12 years old, I was still devastated to hear about the passing of such a sweet woman. No one deserves to forget her sweet and amazing heart. I'm certain that many people have other great stories and experiences of and with her. RIP Mrs. Binder.

We just found out today. We're so sorry.
Aggie went to school with my father, and told us a few stories on our last visit to Canada.
What more can we say.
