Lynne Mendelson

MENDELSON, Lynne (Audrey) (nee Bergman). Peacefully, with great dignity, surrounded by her loving family, in her 84th year, on Wednesday, May 31st, 2006. Wife of the late Dr. Hy Mendelson. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Hazel Zemel of Toronto, Mark and Edna, Ilsa and Tim Burns of Saratoga Springs, N.Y. Cherished "Savta" of Maanit Zemel and fiance Michael Lander, Yonatan Zemel; Omer Mendelson and Woochul Jung, Noam Mendelson; Daniel and David Burns. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Julian and Viorica Bergman of England, and sister-in-law of Bessie Katz, Etta Mendelson. Sadly mourned by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Drs. Michael Dworkind and Irving Burstein, and the staff of the Palliative Care Unit Mt. Sinai Hospital for their extraordinary care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Monday, June 5th at 12:15 p.m. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, Beth Yehuda Section, de la Savane. Shiva at her residence.
