It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Dora Hasen Z"L, peacefully at her home in her 101st year, on Friday, March 17, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Moritz Hasen Z"L. Loving mother and mother in-law of Jack and Pascale Hasen. Adored Bubby of Avi and Nancy, Josh and Michelle, Sari and Albert, Gabriella, Daniella and Erica. Proud great- grandmother of Olivia, Alexandra, Benjamin, Jonah, Frankie and Romy. Predeceased by her sister and three brothers. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Sunday, March 19 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Chevra Shaas Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her home. Donations in her memory may be made to the "Dora Hasen Memorial Fund", c/o Federation CJA, (514) 345-2645, ext. 3231.

I haven't seen her for almost 20 years, but have always thought of her over the years. She was a wonderful and admiral woman. I liked to hear her stories when I was an employee at Doris. She loved her family and it showed. I am glad she had such a long wonderful life to share with her family. May she rest in peace.
